How do you benefit?
Security of Tenure
You choose a lease term between 3 and 7 years. Provided you’re meeting your obligations under the lease you cannot be asked to vacate before the end of this term.
Flexibility to Exit
Should your circumstances change and you wish to vacate the property prior to the end of the lease, we will shorten the lease to 90 days from the date we receive your request.
Certainty of Rental Cost
Rent is set at the prevailing market rate for the first year and then adjusted by CPI (the inflation rate) for the following two years before being reset to the prevailing market rate on the third anniversary.
An Accommodating Landlord
We will do our utmost to accommodate pets and minor modifications around the home. Of course, it’s not always possible to accommodate every request, but our starting position is “let’s see if we can say yes”.

Our properties are all modern and built to the highest standards, and we have a comprehensive ongoing maintenance program to keep them at their best and undertake to attend to any issue promptly.
